Villa YOU is a 3-bedroom hidden in the hills of St. Jean with ocean views and is a short drive from the beach. The design of this newly built luxury rental home is fresh, modern and very of the moment. Its ample sitting areas for lounging and sharing special moments, as well as the fact that all three of its bedrooms are nearly equal in size and amenities, make it a good choice for groups of friends planning a St. Barth vacation together.

OVERVIEW

Situated in the Carénage area of St. Jean, the villa has an excellent location for those who wish to have easy access to the towns lively restaurants, clubs and boutiques and yet also have the tranquility of being secluded and immersed in beautiful nature. The beach is just a short drive away.

The Villa YOU is situated on two levels. The main level has a spacious, air conditioned great room that includes the livingroom, diningroom and gourmet kitchen. Just in front is the deck and the heated pool, with plenty of seating to lounge. One of the three bedrooms is located just off the living room, and has a king sized bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with a large, double outdoor shower.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs and accessed through a stairway from the living room. These rooms have a king sized bed, dressingroom, and an indoor shower with ocean views. Both upstairs rooms have a private terrace overlooking St. Jean and the lagoon. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite TV, Apple TV, and a Bluetooth music station.

Villa YOU has almost equal sized bedrooms and is perfectly suited for couples traveling together, but will also be great for families with children.
