Villa Vista is a 4 bedroom villa located in St. Jean hill within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers maximum privacy and gorgeous views of the ocean and landscape.

Overview

Among the many luxury villas in St Barths, you will find Villa Vista where there is plenty of light and space. The Villa enjoys a light breeze and is exposed to the sun all day long. Recently renovated, the property has a traditional St. Barth aesthetic, wonderfully discreet, with patinated wooden floors and white walls.

On the main building there is a large living space with an indoor dining room and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace. A comfortable white sectional sofa faces an American satellite TV and ocean view.

The master suite occupies its own bungalow nearby and offers an ocean view from its double bed, it has its own ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Two guest bedrooms are located in a bungalow next to the main house. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds that can be transformed into a double bed. These rooms each have a slightly smaller bathroom with Italian shower. The second master bedroom is located on the lower floor and has a double bed, a terrace and a bathroom with Italian shower. On the same level there is a small fitness room and a home cinema. All rooms have American satellite and Apple TV, and there is WiFi throughout the property.

At Villa Vista, the outdoor spaces are the stars: an enveloping terrace that seems to last forever, a shaded space with a dining table that can accommodate eight people, an outdoor kitchen, many chairs perfectly positioned to sunbathe and a magnificent infinity pool.
