Villa Nemia

Villa Nemia is composed of three bedrooms. Located in Flamands is a five minute walk from the beach of Flamands, the hotel Cheval Blanc St- Barth Isle de France and a few minutes drive from restaurants, grocery stores, airport and Gustavia. Villa Nemia is built on two levels. The main level includes an air-conditioned living room with a high ceiling, comfortable white sofas with black and patterned cushions, a black coffee table, high definition flat screen television with Dish Network satellite, as well as Orange and Apple TV channels, Bluetooth speakers, telephone and WIFI. The outdoor dining room is located under the covered terrace with a rectangular table for eight people. The air-conditioned kitchen is well equipped.

The three bedrooms are located on the lower level and are air-conditioned. Two bedrooms have king size beds, flat screen TVs with Dish Network, Bluetooth speakers and ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, showers and hairdryers. The third bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted into a king size bed, a flat screen TV with Dish Network, Bluetooth speakers and a separate bathroom with double sink, shower and hairdryer.

A large terrace with sun loungers on the lower level surrounds the swimming pool with steps, which is equipped with a counter-current system. There is also a sitting area on the terrace. A heated jacuzzi is located nearby. Both the pool and the jacuzzi have partial views over the bay. A separate bungalow on the main level has a fitness room. A covered terrace with a ceiling fan is located outside.

This villa is also equipped with a gas barbecue, Ipod docking stations and an outdoor shower.
