Villa Kyoki, is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, located in Colombier with a short drive from the beach, restaurants and shops. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Overview

A small winding path leads from the parking lot to the terrace, which has a swimming pool in the centre, and a comfortable viewpoint on the property. Lush tropical gardens surround the pool and terrace.

Villa Kyoki is built on one level. In terms of furniture, the large living room and the well-equipped modern kitchen are air-conditioned, but can be opened to enjoy the natural breeze. The living room has a leather sectional sofa and entertainment center with a large television, American satellite and Sonos sound system. The living room shares its space with an indoor dining room, while the outdoor dining rooms are located behind the kitchen and under a gazebo by the pool. On either side of the living room are two spacious bedrooms. Each air-conditioned room has a double bed, an American satellite TV and a large bathroom with shower.

A path leads to the small air-conditioned fitness room in a separate chalet overlooking the ocean. The deck offers a panoramic view of the port. Sun loungers surround the pool. Villa Kyoki is also equipped with WIFI and a gas barbecue.
