Villa Jahe

The beautiful new Villa Jahe is composed of five bedrooms. It is located at the very top of the private Domaine des Pairs in Petite Saline, and offers a breathtaking and panoramic view of the islands from Saint-Martin to Anguilla, as well as Saba, Grand Fond, Toc Vert and the islets of Fourchue and Bonhomme. Villa Jahe is on the heights of Lorient and Petite Saline, its geographical location is both ideal and close to all activities. It is only a few kilometres from Saint-Jean and Gustavia and from the most beautiful beaches of Saint-Barth.

The long driveway leads up the hill to the entrance and the main bridge, which has been placed next to the property to face the panoramic view which is highlighted by large windows and outdoor living areas. If the views aren’t enough to captivate you, the luxurious Villa Jahe also stands out for its sleek and sophisticated design, white walls and soothing waxed concrete floors that give a cool feeling underfoot, and all sorts of modern amenities.

On the main level, the cosy interior lounge opens onto the long heated swimming pool and the terrace with its tropical breezes. It has a white sofa and armchair with yellow cushions, two small wooden tables and a flat screen high definition television with Canal Satellite, DirecTV, Dish Network, and Apple TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and Ipod docking station. Between the swimming pool and the living room is a large dining room for ten people with a view of the pool and the ocean. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen is open to both the living room and the small garden at the back.

On this same level, the three bedrooms are located on either side of the living room with access to the terrace. They face the panorama and allow you to admire the reflections of the ocean at sunset on the wild islets. Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, French and American satellite television and a dressing room that separates the bedroom from the adjoining bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with washbasins, indoor showers, which can be fully opened to the outside and large windows overlooking a small private garden. On the lower level there are two other slightly smaller bedrooms with less open bathrooms. In front of these rooms there is a large outdoor jacuzzi with an ocean view, surrounded by comfortable seating. Appreciated by sports enthusiasts, the fitness room with the latest equipment also includes an additional kitchen.

The large twenty meters heated infinity pool leads to the gazebo, the terrace with deckchairs and red cushions, a grill area and a large living room, partly shaded by palm trees.
