Villa Cairo, has five bedrooms. It is located in Lurin, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It is ideal for a large family or several couples coming on holiday together.

Overview

Villa Cairo offers a modern Caribbean style with wooden panelling and lots of natural light. With the famous restaurant SANTA FE just next door and a few minutes drive from the beaches and Gustavia, it is an ideal holiday villa.

The property consists of three buildings: The main house and two separate bungalows with bedrooms.

In terms of furniture, you will find a glass lounge in the belvedere below at the poolside. The main room can be closed and fully air-conditioned, the large glass doors open fully to the sunny terrace with gazebo, the heated swimming pool and the covered terrace with dining area and barbecue. The beautiful woodwork at the back of the main room discreetly hides the front door, a desk and a kitchen, enveloping the entire space in a natural and warm atmosphere. A large kitchen island with bench separates the kitchen from the living room.

To the left of the main room is the main bedroom. Although all bedrooms are of similar size and amenities, the master bedroom has a full dressing room and a large shower with side jets, American satellite TV, king size bed and a superb ocean view. Two bedrooms are side by side to the right of the main room, each with its closets, adjoining bathroom with shower, television with American satellite, king size bed and ocean view. Two additional bedrooms are located in separate bungalows at the back of the property surrounded by a luxurious garden. These rooms each have two twin beds that can be transformed into a king size bed. They are the same size as the other bedrooms, with their closets, bathrooms with showers and American satellite TVs. A fitness room is located on the lower floor.
