You are also at five minutes from the restaurants, eight minutes by car from the beach of Lorient, ten minutes from the beach of Saint-Jean and the supermarkets, twelve minutes from the beach of La Saline, and at the same distance, you have the airport of Saint-Barthélemy-Rémy-de-Haenen, the port of Gustavia at sixteen minutes and the beach of the Gouverneur at seventeen minutes.

Villa Adico is contemporary and recent. The property has a living room with a view of the ocean and the lush tropical environment. The living room has a grey corner sofa with matching cushions, a coffee table, a high definition flat screen television with French satellite, and a sound system. The living room opens to the covered outdoor dining room with a view of the pool, the lush tropical environment and the ocean. It has a light rectangular wooden table for four people. Open to the living room, the kitchen has a view of the lush tropical environment and the pool and ocean. It is modern and well equipped with a breakfast bar.

Behind the living room is the bedroom which includes a king-size bed with white cushions, two light wooden bedside tables and two small lamps as well as a desk and a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, the lush tropical environment, the hills and then the ocean, is composed of two lounge chairs with a small table. Open-air terrace with a stone table for four people, it is an ideal space to enjoy the breeze, rest in the sun and calm next to the pretty pool.
