Chalet Raiko is a luxury alpine property situated above the Cospillot ski slope, on the edge of the forest with incredible panoramic views over the valley, the Bel Air Mount and the Vanoise Mountains. Not only is this a ski-in ski-out chalet but also the centre of Courchevel 1850 is just a stone’s throw away.

Suitable for a group of up to 10 guests, the chalet covers 500 sqm and it is set over four different floors. This stunning five bedroom chalet is part of K2 Palace, which is one of the most luxurious hotels in Courchevel 1850. Its interiors harmoniously combine contemporary design with traditional alpine style. It exudes elegant sophistication with the use of light wood, brushed steel, and stone tones.

Chalet Raiko is equipped with some truly lavish fixtures and fittings. On its ground floor, the chalet features a large spa area with a lounge, an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub and a terrace. Moreover, one of the balconies includes an outdoor hot tub.

The chalet’s common living areas are located on the second floor where there are two large lounge areas with an open fire, a bar and large floor to ceiling windows. Attached to the sitting room is the wrap-around balcony that offers panoramic views over the slopes and the Vanoise Mountains. On the same level, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and a library. This floor’s mezzanine features a large double en-suite bedroom with a dressing room and private balcony. On the first floor of the chalet, there are four en-suite bedrooms with their own dressing rooms and balconies.

Chalet Raiko offers guests a bespoke and exclusive ski holiday experience as there is a full team of staff at full and exclusive disposal, comprised of a professional chef, a personal butler and housekeepers.
