Villa Zillar is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac in the exclusive and private complex of Domaine du Levant. This secluded, contemporary home sits on 1.5 acres of waterfront property and boasts a spacious interior, stunning views and excellent amenities, making it one of our top St. Barts villas. Architecturally, the Villa Zillar is a successful marriage between traditional Caribbean construction techniques and the latest in contemporary design. The Asian-inflected art is inspiring without being overwhelming.

This is a place where the owners and designers obviously had fun indulging their flights of fancy, and guests should too. The luxurious Villa Zillar has a look and a layout that suits big-group conviviality as well as solo and couple time in private. A large, double staircase made of grey stones leads to the living room and large terrace with a heated infinity pool overlooking the bay. The modern living room is elegantly decorated with large comfortable sofas and a bar, and opens to the air-conditioned gourmet kitchen. A private dining room features a large, wooden table with seating for 8 guests.
Located next door is the master suite, which overlooks the view and has a 4-poster king-size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, and a large dressing area. On the other side are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms, and ocean views.

One flight of stairs above the main areas, a pavilion houses two simpler bedrooms, which are still quite comfortable, with full bathrooms and interesting art. Another flight above that is the uppermost level, with the villa’s gym (including a state-of-the-art Kinesis wall by TechnoGym) and one more small bedroom, which is well suited to a nanny or other staff. This expansive home is chic and elegant. The oversized living room opens up onto the terrace, and boasts soaring wood ceilings, a bar, plush white couches as well as a flatscreen TV with Bose surround sound. A fully equipped kitchen is available if you feel you cooking or want to indulge with the chef service. Adjacent to the living room is an intimate separate dining room.
