Villa Zeti

Villa Zeti has four bedrooms. It is located in the quiet district of Petite Saline, on a hillside, with views of the picturesque bay of Lorient and the ocean. It is ideal for a large family or a group of friends coming on holiday together.

In terms of furniture, the open living and dining room offer a striking contemporary design that is not usually found in a Caribbean Villa. The style of Villa Zeti is characterized by a mix of materials, from highly polished hardwoods to shiny stainless steel and glass. The front lounge offers a white sofa with white, beige and grey cushions, comfortable seats to read or relax and enjoy the ocean view, and a coffee table. In the air-conditioned rear lounge, closed by glass sliding doors, you will find comfortable sofas, small armchairs to watch high definition flat screen TV with Canal Satellite, Apple TV, Dish Network and WIFI. The dining room consists of a beautiful wooden table that can accommodate ten people and is located under the gazebo. The well-equipped and functional kitchen offers a breakfast bar with two stools.

Just next to the living room is the master bedroom, with a second bedroom two steps down to which you can access both from the main entrance and from the terrace near the pool. Each room has breathtaking views of the terrace and the ocean. On the lower level is a third bedroom with a private terrace. This room has no notable view but could be ideal for teenagers or parents, since there is an adjacent fourth room, smaller, and ideal for a teenager or nanny. All rooms are equipped with a king size bed that can be divided into two twin beds, a high definition flat screen television with American satellite, Apple TV, and a bathroom with shower and double basin.

The heated overflow pool with half-moon stairs is surrounded by a teak terrace with deckchairs and a dining area for four people, making it the ideal place to relax in the sun and enjoy the panoramic view.
