The villa is located on a beautiful sandy beach just south of town. The large infinity pool overlooks the sparkling pacific and is part of a spacious terrace that flows out of the dining /living area.

The main floor includes the living & dining area, a gourmet kitchen, guest bath and Bedroom #1. The upper floor has the spacious Master suite and a third bedroom. The forth bedroom is up a private stairway and has a whimsical design perfect for children as well private bath, terrace and partial ocean view.
