Villa Viver divided in two floors is spacious and hidden in the nature, it combines the warmth of exotic wood with a decoration turned towards Asia. The materials are natural and delicate, the attention to detail is visible throughout the property.

On the first floor, you will find the air-conditioned master bedroom with twin beds and white striped vermilion cushions convertible into a king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dressing room, a bathroom with a washbasin and shower and toilet as well as the shared living areas. On the main level there is the impressive, well-equipped kitchen which opens onto the interior dining room which opens onto the ocean-view terrace with a table for six people. Reach two steps up to the cool stone terrace and you’ll be in another dining room ideal with chairs for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Then you arrive in an oversized living room opening onto the terrace overlooking the heated infinity pool and the ocean, you have at your disposal white rattan sofas and white, pink and salmon cushions and a beautiful beige rattan table, this leads to an open air dining room with a floated wooden table and chairs which are all under the covered terrace. Step back outside and underneath this terrace and you will find the heated infinity swimming pool with sun loungers and sun loungers. The main level features a central staircase which is a centerpiece of the property and adds character to the luxury Villa Viver, it leads to the second floor with the other two bedrooms which have king size four-poster and single beds, dressing rooms, bathrooms with double sinks, shower, toilet and private sun terraces with sun loungers and ocean views.

Villa Viver was built with two parts, open and closed. On the main level, there is also an air-conditioned TV room overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean with white sofas and armchairs and red, black, white and grey cushions, a high definition flat screen TV with a satellite channel and Dish Network then Blu-Ray DVD player. You have an office room with a secretary, a chair and a printer as well as a comfortable beige sofa with beige and red cushions.
