Villa Vana

The Villa Vana consists of three bedrooms. It is located on the heights of Gouverneur and offers a spectacular view of the ocean, the lush tropical garden and the nearby islands of Saba, Statia, St. Christopher and Nevis. It is ideal for a family or group of friends coming on holiday together.

Overview

The Villa Vana offers an ideal geographical location. It is close to Gustavia and Gouverneur beach, the tropical garden is located at the entrance of the villa. You also have restaurants, grocery stores and banks.

Villa Vana is a refined mix of exotic woods, terracotta tiles and beautifully finished furniture. The warm and soft colours reflect French and Mediterranean influences that make the décor of Villa Vana comfortable and peaceful. The tiled terrace on the ground floor connects the bedrooms, the swimming pool and the living room.

As for the furniture, the living room opens onto the terrace with a view of the ocean. The air-conditioned living room offers two sofas with green, blue and yellow striped cushions and also an armchair with a yellow striped cushion, a wooden table, television with American satellite, CD/DVD player and telephone. The dining room consists of a round table with six wooden chairs. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is there to prepare good small dishes.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are of equal size and share a second tropical garden. The master bedroom with a view of the ocean and the tropical garden also has access to a private covered terrace with deckchairs. It has a queen size bed with white and light to dark striped pink cushions, two bedside tables with lamps, a television and cupboards. The tiled bathroom is en-suite and has two vanities, a shower and toilet. The second bedroom overlooks the ocean and the tropical garden with access to a private covered terrace with deckchairs and offers a queen size four-poster bed with white, purple, dark green and silver blue cushions and has the same amenities as the master bedroom. In a separate bungalow is the third air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a king size bed with white and orange striped cushions, two bedside tables with lamps and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You also have at your disposal a small living room with a sofa and a green armchair and cushion, a wooden table, a kitchenette and access to a private covered terrace with deckchairs and ocean view.

Villa Vana is surrounded by a large terracotta terrace furnished with a teak table that can accommodate six people, teak deck chairs, outdoor speakers and an outdoor shower. An additional tropical garden is located below the swimming pool. The beautiful swimming pool is with steps and has an alarm.
