Nestled in the heart of the upmarket Oberoi district in Seminyak, Villa Rurito is a beautiful, modern villa, ideally located close to the beach as well as Bali’s top restaurants. This stunning four-bedroom property features beautiful colonial architecture and exudes elegance with plantation-style charm.

Surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens, and featuring a large sparkling cerulean pool, the villa feels almost ethereal in its beauty and tranquillity. With vast stone terraces, great for socialising with friends and loved ones, or catching a few rays on the sun loungers, there is ample space for any function, or celebration.

Framed by four pavilions, individually assigned for either living or sleeping, the generous pool is an inviting centerpiece at Villa Rurito, with the exquisite contrast of blue and white. With perfectly-styled furniture and decor, including bamboo and wicker ‘steamer’ chairs, draped mosquito nets, brass ceiling fans, and white walls ornamented with vintage posters, the property has a delightful home-away-from-home feel. The garden pavilion features cushioned rattan daybeds as well as luxurious deep sofas, allowing guests to relax in comfort.

There is also a covered terrace overlooking the pool, with comfortable chairs and occasional tables, ideal for a poolside evening soiree. For guests wishing to dine al fresco, there is an outdoor dining table, seating up to eight.

Heading into the villa, the open-front entrance highlights the spacious interiors. The living area is a cosy, inviting space with sumptuous sofas and soft furnishing. A large TV with DVD player allows guests to curl up and watch the latest movies together, enjoying a cool breeze from outside, supplemented by a fan cooling system. The elegant dining area of the pavilion has a table seating up to eight guests, ideal for dinner parties, and for more casual meals, the main living space also features a table seating eight.

The master suite is situated on the upper floor and boasts a king-sized, four-poster bed with a gorgeous net canopy and internal LED reading lights. It features a freestanding bathtub in the contemporary en-suite bathroom. This room is also interconnected to the children’s room via the dressing room, and therefore can be converted into a family suite with ease, for families travelling together.

The children’s room with four fitted bunk beds is also on the upper level and its ample floor space is ideal for indoor play, or reading from the well-stocked bookshelf. If required, the children’s room allows for an extra queen bed to be added (on request, at a charge).

The two ground floor bedrooms feature king-sized, four-poster beds, with beautiful travel trunks at the base of each bed, for an authentic colonial feel. The bedrooms both boast en-suite bathrooms with deluxe rain showers and double doors that lead directly out to the pool.
