Villa Rosa is a villa nestled in the exclusive Domaine du Levant. Located at the top of Petit Cul de Sac, the property offers a breathtaking view of Turtle Island and St-Martin, and is only a few steps from the beach.

The living room overlooks the swimming pool with a view of the ocean. A breakfast bar separates the fully equipped kitchen from the living room and dining room, which can comfortably accommodate 9 people.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and open onto a private terrace with a view. The third and fourth bedrooms are located facing the pool terrace. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level, away from the rest of the house.
