Overview

Villa Perikan has two separate units connected by a semi-covered outdoor living room. In the first unit are the four bedrooms, spread over two floors. In the second is the large main room, open on two sides and cooled by natural breezes and two large ceiling fans. It is furnished with contemporary furniture and equipped with the latest equipment. The WIFI is also at your disposal. The open and fully equipped kitchen has an island for breakfast, but the main dining table is located just in front and enjoys the view and natural breeze. A lounge area near the large American satellite television is located at the back of the main room. In front of the main room is the large two-storey terrace, with spacious seats and four large day beds, where guests can enjoy the sun almost all day long. A swimming pool is in a corner next to the main deck.

All rooms are almost identical with king size beds, American satellite TV and bathrooms with shower. The ground floor rooms are easily accessible from the entrance side, as is the terrace on the other side. The ground floor rooms are located in front of a garden with a small ocean view and a private terrace with seats.

Although Villa Perikan is not in the Saint Jean area, it is only a few minutes by car and offers you an authentic island retreat full of amenities, and landscapes.
