Villa Palmiers is a 5 bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa offers outstanding sunset views. Designed with luxury and elegance in mind, everything about the villa is modern, clean, and yet completely casual. The property is landscaped with mature plantings that ensure a sense of tropical privacy and verdant freshness. The heart of the villa is the central patio and terrace that runs the entire distance between the main building and the bedroom pavilion.

Modern architecture and design mixes with the latest technology in this relaxed environment. The main structure of the property refines and reinvents the West Indies “case,” the simple one-story design of four walls and a pyramidal roof seen throughout the islands.

Villa Palmiers features a heated infinity pool, a beautifully landscaped deck, living and dining areas, private spaces for intimate sunbathing. Also on the lower level is an air-conditioned fitness room with treadmill and step machine, as well as a secluded outdoor space perfect for yoga or massage.

During the morning, the living area and the convenient and open kitchen appear as a cool refuge from the sun, while they are fully illuminated by sunlight throughout the afternoon. In the evening, well-placed recessed and indirect lighting give the space a warm and welcoming ambiance.

The master bedroom suite continues the same level of design consciousness, with custom cabinetry in Brazilian wenge wood, polished concrete floors and carefully planned lighting. The ensuite bath offers facing Jack and Jill vanities and a pebble-stone tiled, rain-head shower. Villa Palmiers four other bedrooms, each with its own private bath, reflect the stylistic influence of the master bedroom re-imagined in different color schemes, one of the bedrooms provides a picture-window view into the crystal-clear water of the infinity heated pool. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, views, private terraces or galleries, and are stocked with high-end electronics and even some with separate office space.

Villa Palmiers comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, and continental breakfast with 7-night booking from Dec. 15 to April 15.
