Set within an inclusive hilltop estate in Corfu’s east, Villa Nica is a beautiful and luxurious four-bedroom property. The location is excellent, boasting 180-degree sea views and just a short drive from Corfu’s vibrant Old Town.

A large, heated swimming pool overlooks the water and features a Jacuzzi area and a unique, in-water sun lounger platform, ideal for topping up a tan. Those looking for respite from the sun can laze on the umbrella-shaded sun loungers dotted around the water’s edge.

Throughout the two-acre gated estate there are lush lawn areas and landscaped gardens. Extensive patios and courtyards allow plenty of space for outdoor living and dining, and socializing with loved ones. Guests can enjoy time together in the main outdoor living areas, or retreat to one of the courtyards for some quiet time.

Exposed brick in both the exterior and interior areas creates a warm and rustic, homely feel. High-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows add to the feeling of space and light inside.
