In terms of furniture, on the first floor, above the main suite, surrounded by glass on both sides, there is a comfortable sitting area with a superb and spacious beige sofa to relax, a glass table with a marble top underneath. You have access to a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay of Saint John. The outdoor dining room is suitable for ten people. Villa Neolle has six beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom with access to the terrace, infinity pool and Jacuzzi, overlooking the ocean and the bay of Saint Jean, is located behind the kitchen and offers a queen size bed with white cushions and fine grey stripes, a flat screen high definition television with French and American satellite, Apple TV, Bluetooth stereo controlled with Ipad. The suite includes a comfortable sitting area and a dressing room. Its en-suite bathroom provides and separately a whirlpool bath with mosaic and marble around the stairs, the toilet is separate, then in another room, a double washbasin and a shower with a view of a little vegetation, the pool, the ocean and the hills. The second room with access to the terrace and the swimming pool offers a view of tropical vegetation, the ocean and the bay of Saint-Jean. Located behind the TV room, it offers the same facilities as the master bedroom except for its private bathroom which has a double black marble basin with black and white stripes and a shower and separate toilet. The third bedroom overlooks an outdoor sitting area and is located on the main level of the fitness room. It offers the same features as the second bedroom except for the bathroom which has a washbasin. The fourth bedroom with a view of the tropical environment and the ocean is located on the upper level and connects to the fifth bedroom. Access to the private terrace. Only the bathroom differs here with a washbasin and a bathtub, overlooking the vegetation, there is also a separate toilet. The fifth bedroom with view on the hills and access to the terrace is also located on the upper level and connects to the fourth bedroom. Always the same facilities, except for the bathroom with a washbasin, shower and separate toilet. The sixth bedroom with ocean view and tropical vegetation is located on the upper level. The facilities do not change. The beautiful bathroom is made of black and white marble and has a double washbasin as well as a shower and separate toilet.
