Overview

Villa Neiwa lies just steps from the beach in Long Bay, Anguilla, offering panoramic views, unbeatable facilities and top service from a full team of staff. Sleeping up to 20 guests in total, the villa is comprised of a five-bedroom Main House, a three-bedroom Guest House, and a stand-alone Cabana Bedroom.

One of the villa’s most impressive features is the stunning multi-level swimming pool, ideal for keeping guests of all ages relaxed and entertained. It features an infinity-edge upper pool with children’s splash area and hot tub, a lower level plunge pool, and a hidden grotto behind a waterfall.

Guests can enjoy a lively game of tennis on the lighted Astroturf court (which also doubles as a half-court for basketball), a peaceful yoga session on the ocean-view terrace, or a rejuvenating workout in the fully-equipped private gym. To get around the property, and explore the nearby village and surrounding beaches, guests have use of two road-licenced golf carts and a UTV buggy.

A gentle path leads through the private garden to the beach, where guests will find beach loungers and umbrellas, as well as watersports equipment ready and waiting. For those celebrating special occasions, a star-lit beach barbecue can be arranged, complete with decorations, musicians, and even fireworks displays.

For more subdued affairs, guests can enjoy drinks on the pergola-shaded cocktail deck, dine on the spacious terrace, or enjoy the barbecue area and fire pit with outdoor lounge, before watching the sun set over the ocean from the beachfront deck.

The design and architecture of the villa is Balinese-inspired, featuring open-plan living spaces that make the most of natural sunlight and fresh air and an internal courtyard with a beautiful rock garden.

Indoors, there are plenty of spaces to unwind or socialise including an open living room and cosy TV room in the main house, and a second living room plus spacious home cinema room – complete with recliner seats, a 120” screen, surround sound system, and X-box console – in the guest house. Also located in the guest house is the golf simulator room, where enthusiasts can practise their game in at hundreds of golf courses from around the world.

Each of the well-appointed bedrooms in the Main House feature en-suite facilities and private terraces or courtyards, with the master suite also boasting a heated plunge pool. The Guest House is made up of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace and two guest rooms with a shared bathroom and shared terraces. Lastly, the Cabana bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and wrap-around deck.
