The modern entrance, which is made of concrete walls and features small ponds, leads to a large, minimalist living room overlooking the bay. The living room has large white sofas and armchairs, and opens onto a terrace and covered dining area with a large table. The well-equipped kitchen is located at the back of the living area, and ideal for a chef or catering staff. A smaller, outdoor kitchen is located next to the well-equipped fitness room, and offers a sink and wine cooler. Each bedroom is a cocoon of stylish comfort with a series of terraces for privacy. Views are over the rolling hills down to the blue sea, at night the scene is transformed by the glittering lights of St Jean and its glamorous evening scene. The spacious bedrooms each feature a full size bed (180 cm), en suite bathroom, and open onto a private terrace with lounge chairs. The modern bedroom each has a desk with a flat-screen TV above.

Villa Nehan is very well suited to large groups of friends or families—each of the bedrooms is quite private, with its own entrance—particularly those who like to host small gatherings or celebrate an intimate event in high style.
