Built using natural materials and a colour palette complimenting its surroundings, the private property seems to have emerged organically from the land and looks natural with stone walls and typical Cycladic whitewashing.

Featuring a large saline infinity pool, the exterior of the property continues the theme of minimalism, with the pool resembling a lake, and a cement-like deck. Comfort is a huge factor at villa which features giant lounging bean-bags and double sun beds, perfect for relaxing with a drink, or after a refreshing dip in the pool.

Moreover, there is a courtyard laced with natural stones and a small garden plot, as well as a spacious shaded lounging area, a barbeque and an outdoor dining area that seats up to twelve.

Additionally, there is also a basketball court, a tennis court, a private helipad and an organic garden, of which the products can be used onsite.

Villa Mio stands in simplistic opulence and hosts up to ten guests across two floors. There are three bedrooms in the main house and one double in a separate guest house, perfect for extra privacy.

On the ground floor of the main house is a bright and airy living area with great natural light and a grey brick feature wall, along with comfortable sofas and incredible views. There is also a fully-equipped rural yet minimal kitchen, a dining room that can seat up to twelve people, in an open plan room adjacent to the living area, and three of the property’s bedrooms: a master en-suite with queen size bed, a open-plan room with mezzanine level offering two double beds connected via an in-room stairway and a guest twin bedroom that share the villa’s largest bathroom with shower.

The lower level hosts the entertainment zone featuring all the accoutrements synonymous with a luxurious hideaway to keep both young and old entertained. For the fitness enthusiasts there is a gym and hammam, a fully equipped games room with a home cinema for movie nights, a PlayStation 4, Xbox3, four DJ sets, and even table tennis. Wine connoisseurs will be delighted to find a separate wine cellar with a delectable selection of fine wines. The play room can also serve as an auxiliary bedroom, sleeping four more guests in two double sofa beds. A shared bathroom is also found at the same floor.
