Villa Meavia is composed of five bedrooms. It is located in Colombier, with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, overlooking the Flemish beach. It is ideal for a large family or a group of friends coming on holiday together.

Overview

Villa Meavia is a jewel of the island. It is ultra contemporary, without any opposite, luxurious, and offers an ideal geographical situation. It is one minute from the Flamands beach, five minutes from the airport, six minutes from Gustavia and Saint Jean. You are also close to the bakeries and tennis court.

In terms of furniture, the designer Patrick RAFFENEAU in collaboration with LA PROD has created at the Villa Meavia a very large lounge dedicated to music and cinema, with a grand piano that musicians and artists will appreciate. Sensory listening in a vast space where the sound is connected to the view of the Caribbean Sea and the Flamand beach, the scent of palm trees and the surrounding natural elements. The spacious air-conditioned lounge also features two comfortable sky blue sofas and two white armchairs, a small black table and a giant screen and video projector with Dish Network, Satellite Channel, DVD player, indoor and outdoor Sonos sound system.

The dining room overlooking the ocean and the hills is located under the covered terrace, and has a rectangular YELLOW LEGO concrete table with black and white chairs, which can accommodate up to eighteen people. The professional wooden and black kitchen is air-conditioned and worthy of a chef, allowing you to receive your guests in a pleasant atmosphere. Fully equipped, it also has a bar with seven black stools.

All five rooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom, located on the upper floor named “Franck Sinatra” with a view of the pool, the ocean and the hills offers a king size bed with white cushions, a desk with a chair, a retractable television with Dish Network, Satellite Channel, DVD player, an air play base and wifi. It gives access to a private terrace with deckchairs. The bathroom consists of a large corian basin with double shower and toilet. The second bedroom ” Sammy Davis Jr “, located on the upper floor with a view on the tropical vegetation, is composed of a king size bed with white cushions, men’s and women’s dressing rooms, a desk, a television that can be folded away into the floor, a DVD player, an air play base and wifi. You have a private terrace with sun loungers at your disposal. The bathroom has a large corian washbasin with shower and view on exotic plants. The third bedroom “Elvis Presley”, located on the upper floor with a view of the pool, ocean and hills offers a king size bed with white cushions, men and women’s dressing rooms, a desk behind the headboard with a small stool, a TV that can be folded away into the floor, air play and wifi. It gives access to a private terrace with deckchairs. The bathroom consists of a large corian basin with shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom ” Nina Simone ” and the fifth bedroom ” Paul Anka ” with a view of the tropical environment, the ocean and the hills offer the same facilities as the third bedroom.

Villa Meavia offers a fitness room with high quality training machines.

The sunny terrace is spacious and consists of a sofa and two small comfortable white armchairs, two small white tables and sun loungers. There are two swimming pools, one is heated with overflowing water, multi-coloured lighting and sound, the other is smaller and also heated, lit, multi-coloured, deckchairs are also available. And to top it all off, you have a multi-coloured heated and lighted Jacuzzi overlooking the main infinity pool.
