Situated within close proximity to Cape Town, on an award-winning wine estate in the Kogelberg World Heritage Biosphere reserve, Villa Lothian offers the ultimate in comfort and luxury.

The property is surrounded by amazing manicured gardens and fruit orchards. It faces the lake and vineyards on one side, and the river on the other for splendid views in any direction.

The estate features an eight-bedroom main villa and a three-bedroom fisherman’s cottage (which can be made available on request).

Outside there is a 25m heated infinity pool with a swim-up bar, as well as an eight-person Jacuzzi and There are also multiple dining areas, and a lily pond on the river’s edge, which is a favourite place to enjoy cocktails as the sun goes down.

There are plenty of activities to do from the stables, to jet skis, ski-boat and paddle boards. Whether you would like to try fly-fishing on the lake, have a game of tennis, take a hike through nature, or just exercise in the gym, you’ll find something to keep you entertained.

The main villa’s bedrooms have been uniquely designed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and boast either queen or king size beds and en-suite facilities. The cottage bedrooms are immersed in the vineyards offering a great view over the estate.

This estate is ideal for events and gathering your friends and family while the staff will take care of every detail with great care and professionalism.
