Villa Kessinger

Villa Kessinger has six rooms in Marigot, located only five minutes by car from the beach and ten minutes by car from the shops. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Overview

Villa Kessinger offers a living room and the open kitchen offers large openings to the terrace. There is a large table inside and another outside, to enjoy a lunch under the parasol. The main room with a high ceiling includes a living room and a dining room, both of which overlook the ocean. The lounge area is equipped with a quilted sofa and a separate lounge chair. Next to the dining room which can accommodate up to twelve people, there is a modern kitchen with a bar for breakfast.

One bedroom is next to the living room and a second is located in a separate bungalow. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with inside and outside shower. This wheelchair accessible room is located on the ground floor next to the kitchen, the second suite has a king size bed and a bathroom with inside and outside shower.

The other four bedrooms are located on a lower level below the pool. Three of them offer a king size bed and the last one offers twin beds. This room with two twin beds can be connected to the next one, making it a perfect property for children and parents or the nanny. The rooms can be completely separated by double doors.

A large wooden terrace with deckchairs surrounds the pool. Near the pool, there are integrated upholstered sofas and an outdoor dining room covered with a parasol. The air-conditioned Villa Kessinger is also equipped with ceiling fans, Apple and French satellite TV, WIFI and a security portal.
