The intermediate level leads to the entrance. On the first floor is the open main room with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar with two white stools, a dining room with a wooden table with ten chairs and a separate lounge area furnished with a high definition flat screen TV, a sound system, comfortable white sofas and a small armchair, a modern and original table. At one end of the main room is a multimedia room, which can be closed.

Stairs lead to the three air-conditioned bedrooms with spectacular ocean views, each with a king size bed, a flat screen TV with American satellite and Apple TV, a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, and an Italian shower.

The exterior offers many seating areas, sunbathing, including a swing bed on the large terrace and an oversized rest bed under the lookout near the large overflow pool. Just below the terrace is a small private beach with a rest bed, seats and direct access to the beach. Villa Javva is also equipped with a canoe, paddle-board and diving equipment to explore the bay.
