Villa Jadia is a utopia, a dream come true through the will and love of its owners, a tribute to Asia with its discreet features of modernity and timelessness. It is close to all amenities, one minute from the grocery store, two minutes from the restaurants and Marigot beach, fifteen minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from Gustavia.

When entering into the Villa, the Asian influence is felt, a small wooden deck spans a pond of water lilies and reeds where koi carp swim quietly. It is bordered on one side by a pebble wall on where the water flows in a cascade. After the “Zen” greeting at the small entrance where two kindly Buddhas reign. We enter the large living room through a spectacular glass round door containing fuchsia orchids, giving an amazing visual effect to the twilight when they are illuminated. Behind this door, two 17th century samurai soldiers guard the huge living room where fourteen black Moooi fringed lamps hang at different heights. At first sight, we also notice the television closet, the only one of its kind in the world. This room was specially ordered for the residence, like most other decorative furniture. You will also find grey sofas and armchairs with white, grey and red cushions, a wooden coffee table, and a high definition flat screen TV with Satellite Channel, Dish Network, Surround Sound System managed via Ipad, Blu-Ray DVD player, Kaleidescope system (with more than five thousand movies available). The wooden dining table for fourteen people is located on the covered terrace. The superb kitchen is well equipped and functional.

The master bedroom is spectacular. Above a carpet of black stones, a huge bed with open wenge slats is in the spotlight. The orange Hermès headboard was meticulously designed by the famous Alexandre Mareuil in Bordeaux. The two smaller children’s bedrooms are just next to the large living room.

A separate bungalow downhill has an independent studio/bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette. A second bungalow has two equivalent bedrooms. Two other bedrooms are located in a third bungalow. These bedrooms are decorated with a specific theme of Asian culture. They are all air-conditioned and have a view of the ocean.

You have at your disposal a huge terrace with six sun loungers and a double bed under the ajoupa, the heated infinity pool and the jacuzzi, completed by different places to relax. Huge jars in shades of grey and black add size to the environment.

Villa Jadia is spacious and pleasant, offering a wide range of possibilities and many modern facilities: cinema room, fitness room, hammam.  This property has succeeded in harmoniously combining two different worlds, East and West, tradition and modernity.
