Villa Isax is composed of four bedrooms. It is located on the heights of the bay of Saint Jean and offers a view of the ocean, the nearby islands and the prestigious Eden Rock Hotel. It is ideal for a large family or a group of friends coming on holiday together.

The luxurious Villa Isax is on two levels with lift and offers an ideal geographical area. It is one minute drive from Saint Jean airport, two minutes walk from Saint Jean beach and Nikki beach. It is also less than five minutes by car from Gustavia with its port, shops and restaurants. The property is surprisingly quiet. When the doors are closed and the air conditioning is on, the road noise becomes barely audible.

On the upper level of Villa Isax, the modern, air-conditioned living room opens onto the heated infinity pool and ocean views. It has two white sofas with white and grey cushions and plaids, two white tables, a flat screen high definition television with French satellite, Apple TV and telephone as well as a guest toilet. The bright dining room offers a white table with six chairs. The air-conditioned kitchen open to the living room and dining room is elegant and well equipped.

The three bedrooms with ocean views are located on the ground floor, on one side the master bedroom which offers a king size bed encrusted with a flat screen high definition television with French satellite, Apple TV, a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. On the other side of the living room is a small guest room with a king size bed, flat screen high definition television with French satellite and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. This second bedroom is connected to the third bedroom and vice versa. It has a king size bed, flat screen high definition television with French satellite, a small desk and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. It overlooks the Eden Rock in the far corner. Located on the lower level, the fourth bedroom is reached by a small path behind the villa with access to the terrace and parking. It has a queen size bed, a flat screen high definition television with French satellite and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. It offers a view on some vegetation.

The terrace offers deckchairs to enjoy the sun, sunbathing by the magnificent heated infinity pool with a view of the ocean and the lush tropical environment.
