Villa Huzur boasts 450 sq meters of living space set on a 3000 sq meters of land. The villa was built with large multi-windowed living space and boasts a huge terrace with wrap-around views over the forest, the Italian Alps and magnificent sunset views over the sea. On the ground level you can find a spacious traditional courtyard and a huge swimming pool with uninterrupted forest views, which are adjacent to the big BBQ and summer outdoor kitchen. The alfresco dining area will also offer you the best balmy summer evenings.

This spectacular villa was featured in one of the top Croatian Living publications as one of the most beautiful villas in Istria. Villa Huzur has been adorned with high specification ornaments. The beautiful Italian ceramics, exotic wood floors, the vintage Chesterfield green leather sofa facing the traditional stone fireplace, as well as the big mahogany dining table originated from Italy, all contribute to the unique design which highlights great style and creates a luxurious ambience.

On the ground floor you will find an open-plan sitting and dining space in which to entertain. On the same level there is also a large hi-tech kitchen adjoining spacious dining area with a traditional touch. A wide open stone staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find a library and TV room with surround sound system, DVD player and plasma TV. On a clear day you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Italian Alps from here.

The villa can sleep up to eight guests in the four bedrooms available. The bedrooms feature eco-friendly furniture and they lead to the lovely terraces with charming views over the forest, Buje old town, distant sea sights or the beautiful grounds of the property.

The relaxing spa area consists of a healthy infra-red sauna, Finnish sauna and open shower unit.
