Villa Fleur is a 3 bedroom villa located in Lurin, a few minutes from Gustavia, the beach and shops. This villa offers a magnificent view of the ocean.

The decor includes interesting works of art and high-end furniture. In the large open living space is the comfortably furnished living room, a bar and a dining table that can accommodate 10 people. The living room opens onto a modern and well-equipped kitchen and a large island with leather-covered stools.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a large entrance hall, while the third bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the living room. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and sliding doors that open onto a terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and beautiful sunsets.

A deck terrace with deckchairs surrounds the infinity pool. Near the pool is an alfresco with a bar and an outdoor dining table for 6 people. A waterfall flows next to the dining room. The fully air-conditioned house is also equipped with WiFi connection and American satellite television.
