There are two swimming pools – one large heated pool and one shallow children’s pool – ideal for a swim at any time of day. Surrounding the pool is a plethora of garden furniture and seating areas, ideal for a casual conversation poolside, topping up your tan, or catching up with the latest bestseller. The ample outdoor spaces are truly incredible, and perfect for admiring the mesmerizing sunsets with loved ones.

Additionally, there is an outdoor barbecue and dining area for casual meals with friends and family. The dining area is suitable for up to 20 guests and enjoys incredible views over Chania.

For guests that will be swooping in via helicopter, there is a conveniently placed helipad in the centre of the plot, ideal for taking to the skies, or when hosting a function. The bedrooms at Villa Edria all offer incredible views across Chania. The master suite has a king sized bed that can convert to two singles, whilst the second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be joined to create a double; this offers excellent flexibility for families or small groups. The third room features bunk beds ideal for smaller children. Each room is well-appointed and decorated in neutral tones to give a calm and inviting ambience, perfect for a restful sleep.
