Villa Bleu is a three Bedroom villa, tucked away in the exclusive gated community Domaine du Levant. Located high in Petit Cul de Sac, the property offers distant amazing views of Tortue Island and St-Martin, just a short walk from the beach. This beautifully crafted Caribbean style abode offers creative living spaces and comfortable poolside lounging making your St. Barts getaway everything you wished it could be.

Decorated with taste and Marocain accents, each room has amazing views and ocean breezes to help put you in the right frame of mind for your vacation. Designed in traditional Caribbean style, this beautiful estate features a large central room floor, with the main living room widely opened to the terrace and the beautiful pool.

The fully equipped kitchen and appliances make mealtime a pleasure with both indoor and outdoor alfresco dining options. The sizable swimming pool is inviting and perfect for relaxation and unwinding above the magnificent views of the bay. A small breakfast bar is the perfect spot for a coffee. The dynamic lighting of the villa showcases the features in a creative and colorful way making this villa a unique experience.

With a total of three bedrooms, Villa Bleu is the perfect spot for a big family with teenagers or a group of friends traveling together. They are all very private and located on different levels. Each bedroom is equivalent, and is air-conditioning, has its ensuite bathroom and private terrace with stunning ocean views looking over Tortue Island. The master bedroom is located off the main central floor, while two others are on the lower level.

Behind the living room, a small terrace protected from the wind allows you to enjoy the lush tropical garden area while reading or relaxing. Loungers surround the pool Villa Bleu, but you can easily walk to the Petit Cul de Sac beach where beach chairs and complimentary use of kayaks and paddle boards are offered under the palm trees.
