The infinity pool overlooks the ocean for resplendent views, no matter the time of day. Guests can enjoy a revitalising swim at sunrise, top up their tan, or enjoy reading a favourite book in the sunshine. With ample terrace space, sunbeds and a poolside al fresco dining area, there is plenty of space to socialise with friends and family, or enjoy a dinner under the stars.

Boasting direct access down to the sea via steps from the terrace, there is also a private stone beach plateau with sun loungers. The plateau also features a private berth for guests wishing to travel via private boat.

The bright and airy open-concept living area complete with luxurious sofas is set within a stunning glass-fronted space, affording spectacular views. The spacious area is suited to both casual living or elegant soirees and celebrations. There is also a large dining table by the windows allowing for fine dining with a view a modern, leather high chair for little ones to join the rest of the group at the table. There is a fully-equipped kitchen separated from the living areas by a sleek black marble partition, which also features a gorgeous integrated fireplace. The library and bar area opposite the lounge, is the perfect space to catch up on some light reading or sip a martini whilst watching a spectacular sunset. To keep the children entertained, there is a playroom on the ground floor, well-stocked with toys and games.

The six bedrooms are all elegant, spacious and well-appointed with oversized beds, stunning views, and luxurious en suite bathrooms. There is an additional studio apartment (available at extra cost, on request) located at the back of the property, ideal for groups travelling with staff, or family that requires a little extra privacy. Many of the bedrooms are ocean-facing and have balconies or French windows to enjoy the beautiful views. There is a comfortable baby cot available, perfect for families with little ones.

A Finnish sauna is the finishing touch to Villa Amelia. There is also a professional team of staff on hand to cater to every desire, so guests can relax in peace, and make the most of their time on the Adriatic.
