An island separates the modern kitchen from a dining table in the middle of the space and in front of the pool. On the other side is a comfortable lounge area with a large television screen. A staircase next to the small indoor pond leads to two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with a large shower. Each room also has a pretty outdoor terrace.

The small overflow pool extends to the middle of the living room and is flanked by two quarters of a deck circle, each with deck chairs. The deck enjoys a bright sunshine and a natural breeze.

As the property is located on a steep road, a 4×4 vehicle is highly recommended. This Villa is also equipped with satellite TV, WIFI connection and barbecue.
