The villa was designed and built by the renowned architect Ian “Sugar George” Edwards. It sits on 1.5 acres of land right on the beach of Meads Bay on the island’s west coast and boasts 17,000 square feet of living space.

Along with direct beach access, a spectacular infinity pool and the private tennis court are two more of the property’s highlights. Guests can also unwind in one of the many outdoor spaces dedicated to relaxation or entertainment, including a large Jacuzzi, furnished terraces, poolside sun loungers, and al fresco dining spaces.

Indoors, guests are surrounded by world-class design, stunning views, lavish amenities and unique water features that can be seen throughout the property. The concept of the property is to ensure that it is possible to either see or hear water from anywhere in the house. The contemporary design combines sleek geometric shapes with clean straight lines. There are eight master bedrooms spread across the property, with seven in the main villa and one in a separate guest house, ideal those looking for a little more privacy.
