Ellerman House Villas One & Two are two luxury rental villas located on the same property as the renowned Ellerman House Hotel, an iconic South African urban retreat in Bantry Bay, a prime location to admire the best ocean views in Cape Town.

Totally separate from the hotel, these exclusive villas with a private staff have all the advantage of being attached to a chic boutique hotel with entire privacy and flexibility. They have access to the art gallery of the hotel, which is a grand assortment of works featuring a unique South African twist. Guests enjoy a private spa with sea views and ultra-modern facilities, a private gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a private library and much more.

Both villas offer amazing views, have terraces, spacious bedrooms that can be fitted with king sized beds or two single beds on request, state-of-the-art entertainment and relaxation areas and a private infinity pool.

Ellerman Villa Two has three bedrooms on the middle floor, all of them with a dressing room, an open-plan style bathroom and a private terrace. Due to their geographical orientation, the rooms are named Sea Point, Clifton and Bantry Bay. On this floor, guests enjoy a study and a private cinema as well.

The open-plan living and dining areas are on the top floor, leading to two terraces and the pool. Sea tones, natural stone, unembellished wood and glass doors perfectly integrate the indoor and the outdoor, with the ocean views.

The professionally designed kitchen, equipped with a central island, sleek timber cupboards, a separate scullery and walk-in cold room is also on this floor. The kitchen entices to social cooking but it can be closed off completely from the dining area.

Guests of villa Two have the exclusivity of choosing wine from the Ellerman House Wine Gallery, a unique wine storage of 7500 bottles showcasing the best of South African wine and the hotel’s vast wine collection. This wine gallery is a genuine wine tasting centre where cutting-edge technology meets ancient craft forms and natural materials. This space of 202.76m² (2182.49ft²) is also composed of a bar and an interactive wine library. Besides, a Champagne cellar stocks Dom Perignon.
