Direj Estate is the combination of Villa Direj – 3 bedrooms and Villa Tellama – 1 bedroom. These two communicating villas have independent entrances. They both overlook the bay of Flamands and offer breathtaking views.

Villa Direj is an exceptional three bedroom villa, nestled high in Flamands and fully surrounded by a lush tropical garden. In pure traditional Saint Barths style, with the use of wood and natural stone, the villa offers an unique mix of tradition and modern comfort. Open spaces and private accommodations will be a few of the extensive amenities here at Villa Direj. Built over several levels and various bungalows, all the different areas are seamlessly interconnected but also very private, when each bedroom have their own independent and separate structures.

The main level offers a magical central terrace, a nice wooden deck where you will enjoy amazing views and beautiful indoor and outdoor places to relax. The in-house kitchen is fully equipped for any chef and this villa has indoor and alfresco dining options. Amazing views and beautiful surroundings for those who enjoy nature, the sparkling pool is fresh and inviting. The three bedrooms are located on different levels and each bedroom is a little oasis in itself, offering privacy and complete luxury.
The master bedroom is located on the main level while the other two bedrooms are on the upper level and share a terrace. Each features a full king size bed are air-conditioned, and its outdoor shower. Two bedrooms offers an ensuite bathroom, while the third has a separate bathroom in a bungalow. All of the living spaces have access to Wi-Fi and entertainment systems.

A beautiful sea view welcomes you to the Villa Tellama. This one bedrooms property has two beautifully decorated units, where wood predominates. An atmosphere of calm, serenity and peace emerges from the first minutes spent in the villa. Located just a few minutes from the beautiful beach of Flamands with its hotels and restaurants with very nice view on the surrounding hills and the Caribbean Sea, Villa Tellama offers a charming decoration with all the necessary comforts (air conditioning in the living room and bedroom).

Villa Tellama consists of two bungalows. The first sheltering the kitchen (no dishwasher) and the small interior living room, the second sheltering the room with its bathroom. You will appreciate the covered terrace with its space relaxation and its table to eat as well as the pretty swimming pool surrounded by its deck.
