Villa Laroche is a 3-bedroom villa located in Grand Fond, away from busy Gustavia, but just minutes from restaurants and main beaches. The name of the villa means “the rock in the water” due to a very large rock strategically placed in the gorgeous swimming pool, facing the wonderful ocean views.

Villa Laroche has a beautiful contemporary design with a monochromatic color scheme keeping the overall feel of the villa fresh and breezy. The villa has been landscaped with large and beautiful rocks elements keeping the surrounding private and natural, and its tranquil atmosphere it one of the most serene villas in St-Barths.

The modern living room is opened to the outside and the views and connected to a fully equipped kitchen for gourmet.
An indoor dining table seats 8 guests while you have also an outdoor dining area under a covered terrace.

Villa Laroche has three new comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equal and located on either side of the living room while the third bedroom is upstairs and only accessed by an exterior staircase.

The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who are looking for total privacy and calm. Very close to natural pools and hiking trails, Villa Laroche is for nature lovers and beachcombers.
