Villa Kristella

Villa Kristella has four bedrooms. Located on the hills of Lurin, offering a magnificent view of the ocean and the bay of Saint-Jean. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends coming on holiday together.

Overview

Villa Kristella benefits from a central location between Saint-Jean and Gustavia, and is only a few minutes drive from the beaches of Gouverneur and Salines. On top of the hills, it also offers ocean views and pleasant refreshing breezes. The Villa is spread over three levels, with the living room, the kitchen, the swimming pool and two of the bedrooms in the middle.

The living room is spacious and can be air-conditioned or fully open on both sides. It provides two comfortable sofas with white, grey and light brown cushions, two original round tables, one in wood colour above and black below and the other in wood colour above and white below and a high definition flat screen television with Apple TV, Dish Network, Canal Satellite and SONOS sound system. You will also find another large sofa with grey, turquoise blue and yellow cushions and two small tables. The dining room consists of a round table for six people for indoor dining, but there is also a large table for eight people in a semi-open setting outside with a view of the pool and the ocean, next to a water point, between the living room and the semi-open and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for three people.

Situated in a separate bungalow above the living room is the only bedroom which is a little different, with a different bed position and a different bathroom, but which is only a little smaller than the other three very generous bedrooms. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen high definition television with Apple TV, SONOS sound system, and a desk. The en-suite bathroom has a double washbasin and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the property, each in a separate bungalow. One is below the master bedroom, next to the pool, and the other is higher up, behind the living room. They also have a king size bed, high definition flat screen TV with Apple TV, SONOS sound system and an en-suite bathroom with double washbasin and a walk-in shower. Located on the lower level, next to the fitness room, the fourth bedroom is quite equal to the two bedrooms, but has a view of the tropical vegetation. This room is equipped with a European king size bed that can be separated into two twin beds, a high definition flat screen TV with Apple TV, SONOS sound system and an en-suite bathroom with double washbasin and Italian shower. All four rooms have access to the terrace and view of the ocean or tropical vegetation.

There are two ways up from the partially covered parking lot on the main level. One is a winding path through the landscaped garden leading to the living room and kitchen, the other is a staircase leading to the large terrace with sun loungers and the heated infinity pool. A comfortable daybed is located in the corner furthest from the terrace.

A small equipped and air-conditioned fitness room on the lower level completes the Villa Kristella as well as a gas barbecue and WIFI.
