Overview

Corossol was once an inactive part of the island, known for its fishermen and local crafts, but it is quickly becoming a popular spot on the island for luxury villas. Villa Juna is located just outside the main village of Corossol, in an area where other new villas have been built in the recent years. The reason for the renewed popularity of this region is the magnificent view of Corossol Bay and the entrance to Gustavia Harbour, which is always animated by the comings and goings of boats and yachts. Villa Juna is a property on three levels. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 6, with ocean views and private bathrooms, air-conditioned fitness and cinema rooms are located on the lower floor. The spacious car park occupies the ground floor. The main upper level includes the heated infinity pool, the spacious deck and covered terrace with lounge and dining room, the fully equipped modern kitchen and air-conditioned lounge, as well as the communicating bedrooms 3 and 4, bedroom 5, all with panoramic views of the ocean and private bathrooms. The three levels are connected by a huge staircase and an elevator.

The main room is fully air-conditioned with a spacious and elegant kitchen with wooden stools, a living room with two comfortable sofas and white armchairs, a modern table and a high definition flat screen TV. An outdoor living room and its rectangular wooden table for twelve people on the covered terrace by the pool, facing the ocean.

The central point of the Villa is the large 21-metre long heated infinity pool, which, together with the ocean, creates the impression of a continuous aquatic landscape with its similar shades of blue. There are many seats inside and outside on the large terrace, with additional seats in the shade on the medium level terrace.
