OVERVIEW

The entire home has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living rooms with 3 kitchen and dining room and swimming pool. In the whole house there is air conditioning, heating, screen windows, WIFI internet connection. All our tiles are hand made so they are all different with beautiful colours and design. The heated swimming pool is perfect for swim because it is 4×18 meters. In the garden there is a large table to eat outside using the barbecue for cooking good Tuscan meat. The pool is long and thin shaped like an ornamental lake and great for serious exercise, can be heated on request. The adjoining banks are prettily planted with agapanthus, lavender and white roses but the overall impression is wild and unspoilt in sympathy with the surrounding landscape.

LEFT WING

GROUND FLOOR: you enter in a big living room that has a large fireplace with very comfortable couches. From every part of this warm and romantic dining room you have this wonderful and breathtaking view of the gently rolling hills around Pienza. Also you find a lot of books, a book case, HIFI for listening music, a TV with DVD player. The ancient Tuscan “cotto” gives this living room a very warm atmosphere. There is an access to a little comfortable kitchen convenient for getting snacks. Next to this living room with a separate entrance from the outside there is the staff’s double bedroom with a baldachin bed composed from very ancient laces with an en-suite bathroom with an antique wash basin and big washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR: A warm coloured (peach) double bedroom with an ancient king size bed. In the corner of this bedroom you find behind a hand made wooden “separé” with tissue of silk a huge round 170×170 Villeroy Boch tub with hydro massage. This double room has also a private bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a sky blue coloured double bedroom with a romantic mosquito with en-suite bath which has a double shower and double wash basins. Between these two rooms there is an elegant room with a round little table and two armchairs from the 18th century. Doors open onto a south facing little charming terrace from which you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Monte Amiata, the magic scenery of the Val d’Orcia with shifting lights and hopefully a good glass of wine. All the first floor is equipped with ancient Tuscan wood.

CENTRAL PART

GROUND FLOOR: Large wooden arched glass doors forge the main entrance into a large loft with queen truss (tipica capriata antica). The room is 6.50 meters high. Romantic round stairs in “ghisa” by Fonderie Viterbesi leads to the mezzanine where there is a French bed. The large antique wood dining table of ancient monarchs fits 12 comfortably and is a lovely area for lunch or dinner when it is very hot outside or when it is raining. The Tuscan-style kitchen has all modern amenities (4 burner gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and is very comfortable for cooking for all the guests. A charming double bedroom in crème warm tones with an ancient iron bed and a particular cupboard which was used as a shop window in the past feels very warm and comfortable with two windows facing south. The bedroom has a private bath with tub hydro massage.

RIGHT WING

GROUND FLOOR: From an arched door you enter in a Tuscan kitchen with white and sky hand made tiles, a cozy billiard room with some particular wisky to drink and some coaches to see who play billiard with a fireplace very cool room in winter too. An hand made white wood door separates the living room from a double charming bedroom with its own bathroom. The pink coloured bathroom has a large shower.
FIRST FLOOR: The ancient Tuscan wood characterised this floor which has a “lilac coloured” double room with a special baldachin on the king size bed and a charming yellow-orange coloured bathroom with hydro massage bath and shower. From the windows you have a spectacular view upon the rolling hills, the fields and small towns.

OVERVIEW

Villa Tinaio is truly unique spreading over the typical Tuscan hills colored by vineyards, cypresses, olive-groves and woods. All along the villa a pleasant walking runs through the property offering during the summer a fragrant blooming of rosemary and lavender plants.

The villa has the typical style of a Tuscan farmhouse and offer an amazing 360° views of the surrounding Chianti region.

The property is very well decorated in a mix of modern and classic style. There are different accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level. In its interior the villa has 7 en-suite double bedrooms, a large living room, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room fit to accommodate even up to 30 people, a modern and very well equipped kitchen. Villa Tinaio is ideal for a dream holiday stay, for a group of up to 12-14 people.

From the garden you’ll have access in the main entrance hall, on the same floor there is also a large living area, an open-large and fully equipped kitchen with 7 burner cooker and double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker; a French door leads out to a patio with a dining area with a table and chairs for all the guests of the house. Il Tinaio kitchen can be a perfect venue to arrange a cooking class and thanks to more modular tables it is also perfect to accommodate parties from 8 to 30 people in case the same party will buy out the Ville la Marcellina! A powder room is available on the ground floor.

On ground floor there are also 3 double bedrooms: 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms one with a shower and another with a jacuzzi bath tub and a shower; a third en-suite double bedrooms lays on the same floor. A short flight of steps led you down to the second floor where you have access to 4 double bedrooms all en-suite with a shower.

OVERVIEW

Villa Le Scuderie spreads on 2 levels, it enjoys many cosy spots and stylish furnishings. The property is very well decorated in a modern style. It takes its name from the its original destination: a stable. Once the entire property was a fortress built to protect the farmhouses of the valley and the town beyond. Villa  Scuderie  was the watching tower, the villa delle Donne was the home for the horses and the villa il Tinaio the place to produce and keep the Red gold, the wine!

In its interior the villa has 4 en-suite double bedrooms, a large living room, a sitting room, a dining room, a contemporary and very well equipped kitchen. It is ideal for a dream holiday stay, for a group of up to 9 people.

There are 2 accesses to the villa: the main doorway can be considered the one on second level.

From the garden you’ll have access in the main entrance hall, leading on the right to an halley that will connect to the 3 double and one triple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms all with a shower; from the main entrance a staircase bring you down to an elegant living room faces with French windows onto the garden and the valley. on the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with 7 burner cooker and oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice maker; a French door leads out to a patio with a dining area with a table and chairs for all the guests of the house.

On the same level we find also the amazing panoramic indoor heated pool (up to 30°), featured by relaxing lights, small bar and a sitting room.

OVERVIEW

Villa Cantinetta holds a variety of options and offers all the best opportunities to enjoy the Italian lifestyle! One can rest by the beautiful stone-lined pool and sunbathe to the gentle sound of the white doves cooing in their nearby dovecote. For those wanting some peace and quiet there are plenty of tranquil spots where one can sit and read, or simply absorb the view and atmosphere of this most beautiful of places. The more energetic can play Bocce on the houses own shaded pitch or there is always tennis on the Astroturf court. If you would enjoy a restful and genuine dinner al fresco you may ask to the staff to prepare some simple courses with the most organic and fresh ingredients.

The interior of the house is an appealing blend of comfort and elegance. One can either choose to eat in the large dining room or for more informal meals there is the fully equipped and welcoming kitchen. Of course eating “al fresco” on the veranda is the most popular choice. In the evenings there is the ground floor drawing room where there is a television or one can retreat to the spacious library upstairs. Alternatively one can opt for a game of snooker on the full size table.

The rooms themselves are all tastefully decorated and guests will love the en suite master bedroom and private terrace with sunset views. With a renowned restaurant within a brief walk guests might find it difficult to leave this perfect corner of Tuscany!
