Villa Evienne is a luxury villa situated right on the beach in the heart of Costa, an exclusive area in Porto Heli. Surrounded by a large, charming garden, this newly built villa is set on three levels and provides unprecedented views of the island of Spetses.

Our privileged position allows guests to enjoy the beautiful beach which is only three steps down from the villa. Further, we are situated a mere 300 metres away from the small port of Costa with the dock next to the villa allowing mooring for at least two yachts.

The extensive outdoor area comprises a manicured garden, a fantastic swimming pool and a terrace with outdoor sitting areas that overlook the azure sea. The alfresco dining area and barbeque are a perfect setting for spending balmy summer evenings with family and friends.

The design of the villa integrates luxurious marble and impressive roofs that harmonize with the surrounding landscape. After soaking up enough sunshine, guests can choose to relax and unwind in either of the two living rooms located on different floors. On the ground level there is an ample open-plan living room with a sumptuous dining table and adjoining kitchen. The second living room is found on the lower level.

Villa Evienne features six double bedrooms in which twelve guests can be comfortably accommodated. The bedrooms, located on the three levels of the villa, are spacious and discreet.

Comprised of two apartments (Villa Kyma and Villa Kohyli) set over three floors, the villa provides the perfect accommodation for a group of friends or family holidaying together.

Villa Elaine is a luxurious villa situated near the village of Agios Stefanos, off the north-eastern coast of the island of Corfu. The property has a wonderful location, situated as it is on an elevated position from which guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the cobalt blue ocean and Albania’s mountain range in the distance.

This recently built mansion blends a modern architectural design with the traditional neoclassical elements of a Corfian holiday house. The combination offers elegance and lavish luxury in a relaxed atmosphere. The living areas are airy and spacious with high ceilings and access to the outdoor areas. Chalet Himaraya is a tranquil winter residence located in the pretty hamlet of Les Etroits in Val d’Isere. It is the only ski in/ski out chalet onto a green piste, making it perfect for beginners or families with children.

The property is a former monastery dating from the 17^th Century, which has been converted into a stunning chalet with luxurious modern comforts. Original features such as the massive fireplace and the stone window seats (where monks would sit and read until daylight faded) are enhanced by modern ornamental features and state-of-the-art facilities, including a swimming pool, movie screen, and spa area.

A hidden marble pool reveals itself with the touch of a button and guests can enjoy swimming inside the chalet, or under the stars in the outside section. The moving floor can adjust the depth of the pool, making it ideal for families, plus it features a wave machine and Jacuzzi section.

For the ultimate relaxation, there is a spa therapy room, a sauna built from Russian fir, and steam rooms in every en-suite bathroom.

After a hearty four-course meal prepared by the chalet’s chef, guests can retire to the cozy living area that surrounds an original stone fireplace and features a drop-down cinema screen. Discerning guests will also enjoy the chalet’s elegant cigar room and the private wine cellar.

For even larger groups, Chalet Himaraya can be rented alongside its sister chalet – Chalet Sekai creating ‘Chalet Monde which can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Chalet Monde is a combination of two stunning sister chalets built within a 17^th Century monastery in Val d’Isere. Chalets Himaraya and Sekai are both protected by impressive fortress-like stone walls, creating seclusion and exclusivity. The chalets are located on the piste in the area above La Daille which allows easy access to the Espace Killy ski region.

Original features blend perfectly with modern, state-of-the-art facilities. The benefit of combining both chalets means that you can enjoy double the luxury; there are two hidden swimming pools that magically appear between the dining areas and the outdoor terraces, complete with wave machine, Jacuzzi jets and adjustable-height floors; two massage rooms, and two saunas allow for ultimate relaxation; and discerning guests can enjoy two cigar rooms and two wine cellars!

After a hearty four-course meal prepared by the chalet’s chef, guests can retire to either of the comfortable living areas with cosy fireplaces and drop-down cinema screens, perfect for a movie night.

The combination of both chalets gives a total of eight bedroom suites, all of which have separate sleeping and relaxation areas, en-suite facilities, and underfloor heating. The marble walls around the baths with rain-showers are adorned with delicately engraved snowflakes, and they allow the baths to be converted into a steam rooms, easily seating up to four people each.

Each bedroom can be set up with twin or king-size beds and the four split-level suites can sleep an additional guest each, taking the property’s capacity up to 20 in total.

Located in the heart of Megève, just 500 metres from the Mount d’Arbois chairlift, Chalet Affitto is a beautiful property with a traditional façade and modern interiors.
