This idyllic villa, constructed of stone with a unique design, has a fantastic location in peaceful surroundings on Mykonos; its secluded position just above Agrari Beach ensures privacy, tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. From the house, it is a mere five-minute walk along a private path to the beach.

Outdoors, the main focus of the villa is the lagoon-like infinity pool with gorgeous sea views. Next to the pool there is a large pergola-covered terrace, perfect for enjoying those balmy summer nights. For guests’ entertainment, Villa Arami also features an alfresco dining area and a traditional wood-fire BBQ.

The charming interior décor blends a minimalist style with elements of a provincial beach house, inviting guests to relax and unwind. The spacious indoor areas comprise a cozy living area adjacent to the open-plan kitchen and a dining table where guests can enjoy some mouth-watering meals.

The house can host up to 14 guests accommodated in five bedrooms. The main villa has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another two double bedrooms that share a bathroom. There is a guest suite with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom and a separate pool house which includes a second guest studio with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both guest studios have a separate entrance.

Its highlight is the beautiful heated infinity pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by an extensive terrace with sunbeds. The large wooden table in the shade offers the perfect place for gathering with family and friends and enjoying delicious meals. For the balmy summer evenings, guests can also set up a barbecue.

The property’s main villa is set on three levels, where a total of ten guests can sleep in the five well-appointed bedrooms. Entering the villa on the ground floor, guests will be welcomed into an entry hall that leads to the expansive living room with a fireplace. Adjoining the living room are the dining room, the salon and a spacious open and fully equipped kitchen. All these areas open onto the large terrace with its infinity pool and gorgeous sea views.

On the estate there are three independent luxury apartments which can be rented together with the main villa, giving ten bedrooms altogether, accommodating 20 people. The apartments have the benefit of a separate entrance, but when the whole property is rented, the connecting door between the two areas can be opened.
