The top level features the master bedroom and two smaller doubles all with en-suite facilities. On the lower level there are a double en-suite bedroom and a twin en-suite bedroom, as well as a staff bunk room, which is available on request.

Villa Eden XL was named one of the 10 top villas on Mykonos. It has a unique charming style, the villa was designed and built by the award winner Greek Architect Stelios Agiostratitis. The property spreads over 4000 sq. m of land and the house has a living space of 900 sq. m built over two levels. The villa has an advantageous location, Paradise Beach is just 300 metres away and the Mykonos town is 4 km further.

This luxury villa boasts magnificent scenic views of the coast and the sparkling blue waters. Situated on top of a hill, Villa Hibisco offers one of the most beautiful views in the Caribbean: that of the Macaroni Bay with its white sandy beaches and surrounding islands.

The villa, which has been featured in Architectural Digest, has a very neat design offering the highest levels of comfort. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have spent their holiday here, expressing their enjoyment of the beauty and calmness of the estate.

From the infinity pool to the sprawling terraces, there is plenty of space for relaxing outdoors and taking in the spectacular views. The property is surrounded by beautifully-manicured gardens, with fountains, ponds, and two rocky plunge pools throughout.

Across the wide sun decks and several places for relaxing or outdoor entertaining, from the poolside gazebo lounge, to deck chairs and sun loungers dotted around the grounds. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed in the courtyard dining garden or the dining gazebo.

Indoors, the property features a spacious living room with huge, soft sofas and which opens onto a veranda. It also boasts a kitchen and pantry, a fully-equipped entertainment and media room and a games room to keep guests of all ages entertained.
