Villa Talita 1 is positioned on a tranquil and relatively secluded peninsula in the south of the island. Antiparos lies at the very centre of the Cyclades archipelago which comprises some 30 islands south of Athens, Greece. The peninsula has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and is known for its simplicity, isolated beaches, safety and for being understated. As an international destination, it is extremely popular as a discrete family retreat.

Built in 2007, the villa was designed as a complex of two separate, low-lying houses – a four-bedroom main villa and a one-bedroom guesthouse. The buildings are set in a garden designed and laid out in 2008 by Philippe Niez, an eminent French gardener.

All the accommodation is simply yet elegantly decorated. There is a swimming pool and two small beaches just below the villa that are accessible by a private path. The main village, also called Antiparos, is a 15-minute drive away.

Main house: living-room; dining area; fully equipped kitchen; two double bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies; a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a family/children’s room sleeping four, with en-suite bathroom and its own terrace and outside dining area.

Guesthouse: one double bedroom; living-room with sofas that can double as two single beds; large bathroom; kitchenette; terrace and outside sitting/dining area.

For larger groups, Villa Talita 1 and Guesthouse can be rented together with Villa Talita 2, for a total of 20-22 guests.

On the first floor are three spacious twin and double bedrooms all with smart TVs, en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. The master bedroom is located in the attic, affording it spectacular sea and countryside views.

Overview

Chalet Sekai is a stunning alpine property located in the pretty hamlet of Les Etroits in Val d’Isere. It is one of the only ski in/ski out chalets on a green piste, making it perfect for beginners or families with children.

This former monastery dates from the 17^th Century, and has been tastefully converted into a beautiful chalet with luxurious modern comforts. Original features such as the ceiling-height fireplace are complemented by modern ornamental features and state-of-the-art facilities, including a swimming pool, movie screen, and spa.

A hidden indoor/outdoor pool with underwater lighting and an adjustable floor height reveals itself with the touch of a button. It features a Jacuzzi section for relaxing and a wave machine for a more energetic swim.

For the ultimate relaxation, there is a spa therapy room, a sauna built from Russian fir, as well as steam rooms in every en-suite bathroom.

After a sumptuous four-course dinner prepared by the chalet’s chef, guests can retire to the cosy living area with dual-face fireplace, which features a drop-down cinema screen perfect for movie nights. Along with an elegant dining room, there is also a chic cigar room with arguably the best views in the property.

All four bedroom suites have separate sleeping and relaxation areas and boast en-suite facilities and underfloor heating. The marble baths are so spacious they are classified under French building laws as “swimming pools”. The delicately carved glass walls surrounding the bath and shower allow the space to be transformed into a steam room for up to four guests. Each bedroom can be set up with twin or king-size beds and the two split-level suites can sleep an additional guest each, taking the chalet’s capacity up to 10.

For even larger groups, Chalet Sekai can be rented alongside its sister chalet – Chalet Himaraya to create the ‘Chalet Monde, accommodating up to 16 guests.

NB: Chalet Sekai not currently available to book for the 2020/21 ski season due to essential maintenance works.

Chalet Monde is a combination of two stunning sister chalets built within a 17^th Century monastery in Val d’Isere. Chalets Himaraya and Sekai are both protected by impressive fortress-like stone walls, creating seclusion and exclusivity. The chalets are located on the piste in the area above La Daille which allows easy access to the Espace Killy ski region.

Original features blend perfectly with modern, state-of-the-art facilities. The benefit of combining both chalets means that you can enjoy double the luxury; there are two hidden swimming pools that magically appear between the dining areas and the outdoor terraces, complete with wave machine, Jacuzzi jets and adjustable-height floors; two massage rooms, and two saunas allow for ultimate relaxation; and discerning guests can enjoy two cigar rooms and two wine cellars!

After a hearty four-course meal prepared by the chalet’s chef, guests can retire to either of the comfortable living areas with cosy fireplaces and drop-down cinema screens, perfect for a movie night.

The combination of both chalets gives a total of eight bedroom suites, all of which have separate sleeping and relaxation areas, en-suite facilities, and underfloor heating. The marble walls around the baths with rain-showers are adorned with delicately engraved snowflakes, and they allow the baths to be converted into a steam rooms, easily seating up to four people each.

Each bedroom can be set up with twin or king-size beds and the four split-level suites can sleep an additional guest each, taking the property’s capacity up to 20 in total.
