Villa Mika is a stunning oceanfront property in Koh Samui, with direct access to a private beach. The gated property allows for complete privacy but is just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Chaweng, making it the perfect location for a tropical getaway.

The property offers vast outdoor space for enjoying the sunshine. The property-length swimming pool features a kids’ pool at one end and a Jacuzzi at the other, where guests can enjoy a glass of bubbly whilst admiring the ocean views. There are plenty of poolside sun loungers and beach seats where guests can top up a tan or catch up on a holiday read.

Beside the pool there are two spacious beach salas overlooking the ocean. In one sala guests will find comfortable sofas and chairs to sit back and relax in; in the other is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, dining table, and bar, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals and drinks in the evening.

Indoors, the rooms are spacious and bright, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and high ceilings. The main living space features plush sofas looking out to the gardens, where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine and socialise with loved ones as the ocean breeze flows through the property.

There is also a TV area with additional sofa seating surrounding a satellite TV with DVD player, sound system, and iPod dock, ideal for a film night or for keeping younger guests entertained indoors.

For more formal meals, there is an indoor dining table beside the fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen. Guests can cook up hearty meals themselves, or if preferred, a private chef can be arranged for traditional Thai feasts.

Each of the six spacious and well-appointed bedroom suites have en-suite facilities, LCD TVs, and floor-to-ceiling doors, creating a haven to retreat to at the end of the day. The two master suites have king-sized beds as well as comfortable day beds, and boast large stone bathtubs overlooking the ocean. The remaining four suites have double beds and interconnecting doors, making them great for families with children.

Overview

Located on the west coast of Phuket, Villa Malia lies in a secluded position that provides guests with the utmost intimacy. However, one of the most beautiful beaches, Kalim beach, is just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. The villa is ideal for guests who are looking for a relaxing hideaway vacation and are happy to enjoy the luxury of a fully serviced villa holiday.

The infinity swimming pool, centrally located, faces the lush green gardens and the mesmerizing sea beyond. Right next to the pool, there is a dining area with a built-in barbecue and an open-air pavilion.

The villa’s main entrance is situated on the top floor at the back of the property and guests step into a small foyer before descending the open staircase to the majestic living area and its breath-taking vaulted ceilings. Furnished with large sofas and a coffee table, this space looks out over the ocean and through the sliding doors out to the barbecue terrace and the swimming pool.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area are adjacent, and guests can pass through sliding doors to a small study with a desk, printer, and small library. The sauna and steam room facilities are loved by all our guests, who can spend relaxing moments after a long day.

The design of the rooms has been thought out so as to make the most of the stunning views; therefore, all of the bedrooms have access to the terrace. With its sliding glass doors, the villa can be either opened to the sea breezes or closed and chilled to guests’ satisfaction.

The property also boasts an exercise room, and a TV room where children can be entertained.

All of the four bedrooms offer breath-taking views over the Adaman Sea. Two of the bedrooms are en suite and the other two share both a bathroom and the terrace. At the end of the corridor, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a Jacuzzi, located on the terrace perfect for stargazing. Other bedrooms include a twin for the children (sharing a bathroom with the king-sized bedroom next door), and two more king-sized guest rooms. For larger families or groups, the TV room can be converted into an extra (king-sized) fifth bedroom.

Villa Malia is connected to neighbouring Villa Leela via a garden gate, making it an ideal property for larger groups of family and friends.
