The family-owned Villa Nila is located near Little Harbour on the south side of the stunning island of Anguilla in the British West Indies. The acres of tropical gardens and manicured lawns with extraordinary views of the blue Caribbean Sea imbue guests with a sense of calm and peace.

Built with loving care, the property is a traditional villa comprised of two separate buildings, connected by some of the most beautiful gardens in Anguilla.

A myriad of exceptional entertainment areas tempt guests to enjoy al fresco dining, a romantic dinner on the wide terrace, an informal barbecue at the beach pavilion, or a candlelit dinner under the stars in the exotic scented gardens.

Guests are invited to unwind in the warm trade winds on their private, white sand beach, sip cocktails one of two turquoise pools, or enjoy a number of activities on the estate including the complimentary use of the tennis court with pavilion, water sports, or the well-equipped gym.

A spectacular entrance hall welcomes guests indoors to bright, airy spaces of understated elegance created by high ceilings, tall archways, indulgent soft furnishings, beautiful textiles and panoramic views of the islands beyond. Guests can relax in the spacious, elegant lounge that opens onto a magnificent terrace, with a superb contemporary kitchen.

Emulating the warmth and hospitality of a luxurious home-from-home, there are seven well-appointed bedrooms in the main house, each with king-sized beds, luxurious en-suite bathrooms, and most with private or shared terraces.

Ideal for those looking for a little more privacy, the Garden House features three comfortable bedrooms, each with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor is a shared lounge and dining area with a kitchenette.

Villa Nila accommodates up to 20 guests but when combined with neighbouring Villa Le Bloo, a total of 42 guests can be accommodated. The property is also the perfect place to host a destination wedding or special event with up to 100 guests.

Located within stunning gardens, Villa Bataajimbar is a stunning private villa suitable for up to 18 guests. Epitomising traditional Balinese architecture, and originally the home of famed Australian artist Donald Friend, the villa boasts a rich and diverse history as well as a star-studded guest list of both royalty and rock legends.

With direct beach access and situated on more than an acre of tropical land with lush greenery and manicured gardens, Villa Bataajimbar provides a magical backdrop for a destination wedding. Traditional pavilions contain nine well-appointed bedrooms and multiple living and dining areas full of incredible antiques, artefacts and paintings.

Along with relaxing gardens, the villa also features a private swimming pool and a professional tennis court, perfect for guests looking for a more active holiday. With a large terrace adjacent to the pool, guests can dry off on a comfortable sun lounger, whilst enjoying blue skies and sunshine with a cocktail and a good book.

Comprised of several separate pavilions, each with a unique purpose, guests can make the most of their holiday and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of having an exclusive villa, in a home-away-from-home atmosphere; there’s an ocean-side living pavilion with a high vaulted room and several seating areas, an open-sided dining pavilion with antique marble table seating ten, a relaxation pavilion set in water gardens, a beachfront pavilion with ocean views, and an outdoor pavilion for al fresco dining.

The air conditioned dining area in the Longhouse is perfect for hosting elaborate dinner parties or events, as the formal dining area seats up to 12. For a more casual get together, the garden dining pavilion can host up to 10 guests. Additionally, there is a garden living area in the Pool Pavilion with its own kitchenette.

The bedrooms in Bataajimbar are incredible, each offering comfortable and luxurious living. The Beachfront Master Suite is a grand, two-storey suite close to the ocean, featuring a private study and sitting area on the ground floor, with a four-seater table and bar area; the upper floor is comprised of a spacious bedroom with a high, thatched roof, teakwood flooring and an antique rug, and is furnished with an ornate king-sized bed and a comfortable sofa. For relaxation and entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV and a private, furnished balcony overlooking the ocean. There is a WC adjoining the bedroom and a full bathroom on the ground floor.

In the Longhouse there are two air-conditioned master bedrooms opening onto the water garden terrace, each with a super-king four-poster beds, large dressing areas, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Both rooms have satellite TV, a safe, and bar fridge.

The Bali Pavilion is comprised of two interconnected air-conditioned bedrooms, both with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with alfresco showers. Both have private walled gardens with doors leading to the main garden, beautifully adorned with antique Balinese doors and windows. Both rooms have satellite TV, a safe and a bar fridge.

The Pool Pavilion features two split-level, air-conditioned guest suites with individual access from the garden. The upper-level bedrooms are adorned with king-sized beds, have adjoining WCs and wash basins, and feature phenomenal treetop views. The ground-level is comprised of private dressing areas, and bathrooms with showers and a gorgeous statement bathtub. Both rooms have satellite TV, a safe and a bar fridge.

The Family Pavilion features one room with a king-sized bed and one with two small twin beds, suitable for children, both with air conditioning. The rooms share a bathroom with a shower and separate WC. Both rooms are both air-conditioned and the king room is equipped with a TV.
