Villa Kier is a modern villa set in the midst of the lush greenery of Corfu, offering its guests a private retreat complemented by modern facilities, a discreet ambience, and serenity-inducing sea views.

Luxury Villa Kier has been designed to the highest standards and decorated in a minimalist style by one of Greece’s most important designers.

Comprised of two apartments (Villa Kyma and Villa Kohyli) set over three floors, the villa provides the perfect accommodation for a group of friends or family holidaying together.

Situated right by the Ionian Sea, Villa Kier features a manicured lawn with access to the swimming pool and to the beach. In addition to the garden, the villa has balconies and verandas equipped with outdoor seating and dining equipment. If not relaxing in the pool, guests can admire the beautiful views from the comfortable recliners.

Both apartments, although boasting independent access, have a cohesive design style characterized by clean lines, modern facilities, and comfortable furnishings.

Each apartment is equipped with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, underfloor hearing, and eco-friendly fireplaces should guests wish to escape during the winter. There are five bedrooms in total – three in Kyma and two in Kohyli.

Overview

Villa Anata, offering spectacular views of the Aegean Sea, boasts a privileged position on the rocky hills of Mykonos just above the stunning Agrari Beach with its golden sands. Its great location provides privacy and serenity for relaxing and unwinding in a wonderful beach retreat. Agrari Beach is just ten minutes ’walk down from the villa.

This elegant villa with its unique style, has an intimate charm. Rocky hills and Mediterranean vegetation form the surroundings of Villa Anata, creating picturesque scenery to enhance a sunny holiday where comfort and relaxation are considered to be most important. The impressive infinity pool, set within an ample sundeck and overlooking the sea, provides the perfect place for recreation; to further ensure the relaxation of our guests, there is a large terrace under a covered pergola with comfortable seating. The superb outdoor areas offer ideal entertainment space for the whole family or groups of friends to get together. There is a traditional wood-fire BBQ and a stone-sculpted dining table where guests can enjoy summer evenings with their loved ones.

The beautiful interior combines the traditional elements of Cycladic architecture, while provincial details are incorporated to create the relaxed and cozy feeling of a beach house. The house features six bedrooms where a total of 14 guests can be accommodated.

Overview

The Suaka Bali is a magnificent villa resort in the village of Canggu. It boasts an ideal location close to Echo Beach, the trendy Jalan Batu Bolong, and the upscale neighbourhood of Pererenan; guests can enjoy everything the area has to offer from sun and surf to a host of hip bars, restaurants, shops and beach clubs. For those wishing to explore further afield, day trips can be organised to nearby Seminyak, Ubud or other parts of Bali.

Five luxurious Balinese pavilions with 10 suites in total are spread amongst a lush two hectares of land. Holiday-makers can enjoy the sumptuous tropical garden by a river, a 35-metre infinity pool with a jungle view and an integrated sound system, a children’s pool, spa, Jacuzzi, and well-equipped gym. The large garden is a true playground for kids, and adults and children alike can marvel at the Balinese ponds and fountains all around the villa.

The Suaka Bali is beautifully-designed with the finest materials, and each villa features a typical Balinese roof and foundations. To match the natural surroundings, the floors are made of teak wood or natural stones.

The main pavilion is the common area where guests socialise in the spacious and traditional Balinese-style open-air living and dining room with an integrated sound system. Plenty of entertainment options are on offer inside; there is a library, a media room, a cinema TV system, lounging chairs, a bar, a pool table, a DJ system, and games.

The highly professional team of 27 staff members provides guests with personalised 5-star concierge services and mouth-watering local or international food prepared by the property’s chefs. Guests also have access to a fully-equipped kitchen in a separate pavilion if they wish to cook themselves.

There are 10 spacious and pretty bedrooms in five luxurious pavilions. This includes a master suite with private pool, six luxurious en-suite bedrooms, a romantic bale bedroom, and two bedrooms that can be made up either with five bunk beds each, or with double or twin beds.
