Step back outside and underneath this terrace and you will find the heated infinity swimming pool with sun loungers and sun loungers. The main level features a central staircase which is a centerpiece of the property and adds character to the luxury Villa Viver, it leads to the second floor with the other two bedrooms which have king size four-poster and single beds, dressing rooms, bathrooms with double sinks, shower, toilet and private sun terraces with sun loungers and ocean views.

Villa Viver was built with two parts, open and closed. On the main level, there is also an air-conditioned TV room overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean with white sofas and armchairs and red, black, white and grey cushions, a high definition flat screen TV with a satellite channel and Dish Network then Blu-Ray DVD player. You have an office room with a secretary, a chair and a printer as well as a comfortable beige sofa with beige and red cushions.
