With sea views in front and lush hillside behind, Villa Irish in Paros is surrounded by stunning nature. Further enhancing the natural feel, the beautifully-landscaped garden – which was inspired by artist Paul Klee’s paintings – is filled with and array of native Cycladic and Greek flowers, bushes, and trees.
The 25 m infinity swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off before soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine from a sun lounger or in the comfortable poolside lounge area.
A large terrace runs the length of the house, offering plenty of spaces to relax with family and friends, including an outdoor cinema area and fireplace, whilst barbecues and al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table.
The villa interior exudes style with its sleek and minimalistic design punctuated by striking original artworks. Double-glazed French doors and windows provide insulation, whilst the underfloor heating is an added luxury during the cooler months.
A bright and spacious living room is the perfect place to enjoy an evening drink, or relax in front of the TV, and the doors out to a sunny patio allow light and fresh air to flow through. The adjoining dining room with its 10-person dining table is ideal for sociable meals, which can be prepared in the fully-equipped modern kitchen.
Those keeping up their fitness during their stay can make use of the gym which features modern fitness equipment.
Three bedrooms are accessed via the villa’s interior, including two twin rooms and the master bedroom which features a dressing room, sitting area, large shower and two separate WCs. The other three bedrooms have external access including two interconnecting rooms on the ground floor (one twin and one king-size), and a large bedroom with private patio on the first floor. Each bedroom boasts en-suite or private facilities along with terrace or patio access, and all twin beds can be converted to a king-size bed on request, allowing flexibility for different group compositions.
